Die Unterstützung der Weiterbildung des Krankenhauspersonals ist uns ein wichtiges Anliegen. Der Zugang zu medizinischer Fachliteratur war in Liuli bisher kaum gegeben. Nur wenige Menschen besitzen ein internetfähiges Mobiltelefon und Fachbücher sind teure Mangelware. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts wurde im St. Anne’s Hospital eine Bibliothek mit Literatur aus allen relevanten Fachrichtungen wie Tropeninfektiologie, Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe, Pädiatrie (inkl. Neugeborenenreanimation), Laboratoriumsmedizin, Zahnmedizin, Physiotherapie uvm. errichtet. Folgende Bücher wurden an das Krankenhaus gespendet, häufig auch in mehrfacher Ausführung:
